Peggy: A Faye V Sonny Pup

Brag for Megan:

I took Megan to the Nationals in April. She didn't get a ribbon but I was VERY proud of her! She made the final cut out of a class of 25! Meg was in the final 8 and the judge placed the dogs in the order she wanted, Meg placed 7th. Pretty good I think for the Nationals!! Meg's taking a break from the show ring for the summer because our other bitch is expecting puppies June 22. I don't want to take a chance of bringing anything home. I'm taking her to an agility class. She loves it!! She does anything I ask her to do! I can never say enough good things about Meg! Is Sammy like that? Have you had anymore litters? Hope all is well with all of you.

Take care, Debbie

Brag for Jackie:

Wayne, i have been meaning to e-mail you and find out how you were healing

and let you know about this dog. This is the best bird dog i have ever,
ever owned. I have had springers, vizslas, and 3 shorthairs. This dog is
so smart I cant tell you. She opens the latch on the dog kennel, it one
of thos latchs that has to be lifted perfectly straight up and them laid
open. she can lift it straight with her teeth and then lay it open. She
aims to please, when I give her a command, say on a release she will look
me in the eye and I say it again and she will go, she just does not want
to make a mistake. Very birdy, but i have just let her be a pup. she
busts robins, quail, geese all birds. Great thing is she will always turn
and come back to the whistle or call. she even heels. I never could get
my other shorthair to heel. She will be very trainable I know this. She
has grown into her long legs. She is about 21 at the whithers, and very
athletic. The vet said if I am goint to spay her I should do it now. I
am a bit torn about that, I know she would make a great breeding dog, but
I know have it in me to raise pups. Let me know your thoughts. I wll
begin to train her in earnest this summer. I might like some advise from
you.

Brag for Chip:

Hello to you guys,
Chip is doing fine. He did really well on the way home, not a problem. The only problem with Chip is that we are not getting anything done because he is such a love. I am a professional puppy petter. We did the worming thing as you guys instructed, just in case.
He does repeat over and over how your litter is the "best he has ever seen" Other comments he has said is that Chip knows how to be very intense when he needs to be and then snuggle up when it is time. "He is the calmest, sweetest shorthair he has ever seen". He does really well on the leash and does not seem to have any trouble doing his duty and moving on to the next thing. Steve also has made the comment "it was so hard to pick from the litter because you had to pick from the 9's and the 10's". He said that he "would have been pleased with any pick from that litter".
We are going to take some pictures and e-mail back to you with a brag letter as soon as we get a break in the weather.
We really appreciate all the time that you took waiting for us to pick Chip. We realize how much time and effort that you have invested and it really shows.
Thank you again.
