Welcome to the home page of The Fudge & More Store. We offer over 16 varieties of gourmet fudge, as well as hand dipped chocolates, gourmet gift baskets, jams & jellies. Our fudge & chocolates are made fresh right here in our store in our TX Dept. of Health certified kitchen. We also produce our own unique line of “Salt Dough Creations” which consist of faux replicas of pies, pastries, cakes, & other items entirely handcrafted by us from salt dough. We travel & set up at some of the largest juried arts & crafts shows in the country thus we are able to offer some of the most unique & finest quality handcrafts & dried florals available anywhere. If you are visiting East Texas, stop by our small but quaint fudge shop located just off the town square in Carthage, TX.
