Swimming efficiently can make all the difference in your training. Good form can turn dreaded and grueling workouts into gliding and rhythmic cardiovascular and strengthening sessions. This often involves 'unlearning' bad habits and retraining both your mind and body to relate to the water differently. I offer half-hour and hour sessions dedicated solely to stroke and form.

In order to maximize the benefits of your limited time in the water, your workouts should help you meet your goals in gradual, strategically-planned steps. I offer coaching in hour-long individually-tailored workouts, each designed to push you further and faster toward your goal.

Individual Instruction:
5 Hour-long sessions - $350.00 or $75.00/session
5 Half-hour sessions - $225.00 or $45.00/session

Plus pool and travel fees, if applicable
